I think I Like These Golf Shoes…
The look is OK – if not quite attractive in a bolshy sort of way. The toe box is big and the heel is raised (see yesterday’s post on support and comfort), but what about the spike-less-ness?!
“The Activa Women’s Shoe uses Ecco spikeless technology and combines excellent traction with the comfort advantages of a lighter weight shoe” says the blurb… but it has “fast-twist cleats”. Isn’t that in effect a spike? If cleats mean spike-less in that sense, then all golf shoes (in the US at least) are spike -less so there’s no point in saying so… Or am I missing something?
