Buying Golf Shoes for Someone Else?
My advice is… DON’T!
Having spent so much time reading and writing about golf shoes, I don’t think it’s a good idea to get them for someone else! Unless you know the exact brand, model, colour, code and of course size.
Otherwise just give them a voucher! And the same probably goes for golf related gifts. Just because someone plays golf or like a brand, doesn’t mean that they want a bath towel with it on!
(Just as an aside, I knew someone once who bought her boyfriend a leather motor bike suit. It cost the earth and he threw it back at her. Why – because biking was his world and the suit wasn’t exactly what he’d wanted, however good it was. I don’t understand him but it may be a lesson in hand!)
