I found the following sizes listed on the FAQ’s at Golf Shoes Only referring to width: (I hope that width does help this problem.)
Apparently FootJoy use letters to denote width. A-Extra Extra Narrow/ B-Extra Narrow/ C-Narrow/ D-Medium/ E-Wide/ EE-Double Wide/ EEE-Extra Wide

M-Medium/ N-Narrow/ W-Wide/ XW-Extra Wide

I have an extra wide foot along with a high in step and have had no luck finding a golf shoe that fits. I golf with an extra wide Easy Spirit walking sneaker and my feet feel great! Let me know if you find and extra wide golf shoe, thanks
Help!! No one has extra wide(E-EE) golf shoes in a Ladies size 6!!! Why not??

Even the site with “custom” golf shoes did not offer extra wide shoes!! How is that “CUSTOM”???? They should stipulate,”fairly custom”, unless you are really hard to fit!!
