Golf Shoes Blog Continues It’s Quest Of Every Golf Shoe Brand…

Having claimed to finish off the list of lesser known or completely unknown golf shoe brands I’m committed to track down Dr Scholls.  Before we get onto golf shoes, just to put them into perspective:  It was in 1903 that Scholl invents his first product, the “Foot Eazer”  whilst still at medical school.  He graduated in 1904 to become Dr. Scholl and in 1906 Dr. Scholl forms his own business.  The whole gist of the man and his ambitions was comfort and innovative shoe soles and variations.  His famous sandals hit the world in the 1970’s.  They have only really made sports shoes and golf shoes this century.  (That sounds odd doesn’t it.)

But like all lesser known makers of golf shoes, it’s almost impossible to find them.  I found this picture but now I can’t find out anything about them from an original source.  Perhaps some-one from Dr Scholl can let us know…
