On the trail of what golf shoes Barack Obama is wearing…

According to The Washington Post we now know that Mr Obama was/is wearing brown and white golf shoes but we’re still no closer to knowing what make and model. Surely the lucky company who finds that the president elect is wearing their shoes will publicise thet fact immeadiately?! (Judging by the sales of the Palin spectacles.) If I were Mr FootJoy or Mrs Nike, I’d be there with a gift-wrapped present, let alone post a spy to find out which shoes he was wearing!
Mind you someone has already tried to sneak in some political lobbying documents in a golf ball box so maybe the secret service wouldn’t let a new pair of golf shoes through!
Elswhere, on CBS they too were discussing the presidential wardrobe/look: On December 26th on The Early Show, from TRACY SMITH, BEFORE COMMERCIAL BREAK AT 8:16 a.m. “Up next, from his aviator sunglasses to his wing-tipped shoes, lot’s of people think Barack Obama is cool. A look at the President-elect’s style when we come back.”
But I don’t think that the wing tips were his golf shoes – but we just don’t know!
