Exquisite Golf Shoes Lauded – Even if They Are Like A Big Mis-spelled Seagull
I have talked a couple of times about these shoes – see Golf Shoes Blog for last & video. And I don’t know if they sell well. (Would someone let me know?)
But a snippet of an update is the quotes I just picked up… “Fantastic shoes, extremely comfortable and stable” - said Jodie Kidd (whatever happened to her golf shoes?). “What a brilliant classic golf shoe with a contemporary twist” – said Dougray Scott.
I also read this… “They’re the best golf shoes I’ve ever seen” – Richard Bacon. But I don’t know who Richard Bacon is!
Can a pair of shoes fit like a glove? And who cares – they look amazing and even if they cut my tootsies to bits I’d happily have a pair!
In the interests of comment transparency (all to often a rare thing) I should say that I have met and know the founder of Albartross but that the comments above are my personal opinions being a regular golfer and having used the shoes.
I have a pair of these shoes and they definitely are as good as everyone says they are. Very stylish and at the same time very comfortable to walk 18 holes in – a rare combination.

I purchased a pair Albartross’s having seen them on a golf pro at my local club. They are superb. A real conversation starter on corporate golf days not to mention fit like a glove. I’d highly recommend them.
