Big on technical blurb – as follows - I think the shoe looks pretty good with it’s colourful spikes (”inside-out”?). The little video is well worth a watch though as it does describe what it actually does.

More simply, it’s good for traction & balance from being flexible - with more spikes on the outside/inside depending on right/left. Look I said that without the countless TM’s which litter the Etonic blurb! Iwonder if the left/right thing makes a difference if your a leftie?!
